If you'd like to proceed with a return, please visit our Return Portal.

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a prepaid return label via email. Ship it back using that label. 

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method and are initiated once your return is in transit. You can expect your refund to be processed within 3-5 business days.
